Our annual educational seminar on Colorado Mechanics Liens is moving to a Virtual Format!
Join us for three days of educational content presented via Zoom by our guest speaker, Jean Arnold, Esq. We will be covering a broad range of information including the ins and outs of filing liens, disburser notices, bond claims, and all the required forms that go with them. In addition, we’ll cover how technology and the internet will assist you in filing your liens.
Each session will be 70 minutes in duration with Q&A included at the end of each session. The seminar cost includes all 3 days as well as post seminar recordings. Space is limited to first 100 registrants.

Jean Arnold has practiced law for over 30 years, specializing in mechanic’s lien and construction law. Her firm represents many of you in protecting your lien rights on construction projects. Jean will be covering the intricacies of Colorado’s Mechanic’s Lien laws and Public Project claims and laws. Also included will be utilizing the internet to develop information for filing Mechanic’s Liens and Public Project Claims.
