MSCCM Mechanic’s Lien Seminar Going Virtual!

Dates to be determined; stay tuned for details!

Due to the current situation and regulations still in place for gatherings of our size, we are moving to a virtual platform for this year’s event. Dates and details are still being worked out, but this may include several sessions spread across several days or weeks. Stay tuned for details!

We’ll be covering the ins and outs of filing liens, disburser notices, bond claims, and all the required forms that go with them. In addition, we’ll cover how technology and the internet will assist you in filing your liens.

Accounts receivable can be difficult to collect. You have to use all the available tools to protect yourself. The mechanic’s lien is one of those tools.

I’ve used MSCCM for over 20 years and find them very professional and quick with updates. They do a great job on claims that have been pretty worked over by my staff. I’m very happy with their performance.
