Commercial Collections Everywhere
When should you employ a collection agency?
- When indebtedness is 90-120 days delinquent.
- When inquiry disclosed serious customer financial reverses, falling sales or other creditor collection action.
- When your costs don’t justify further investment of your time.
- When a customer demonstrates bad faith and loses credibility.
Our priority is recovering monies due while keeping you, the credit executive, informed. That’s why we update you immediately after our initial contact with your debtor. As the collection process continues, you may access your file to stay informed of the status of your past-due customer.
