Comprehensive Credit Professional Training Series
Developed in collaboration with the American Society of Credit & Collection Professionals (ASCCP), this course series is designed to provide comprehensive training for individuals in credit and collection professions. Program participants earn — or maintain — their Certified Professional Collector (CPC) or Certified Credit Professional (CCP) accreditation.
Training for Certified Professional Collectors & Certified Credit Professionals
Application for the Certified Professional Collector (CPC) and Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designations typically requires five years of on-the-job experience. But with successful completion of the CPC and CCP training modules — and passing scores on all related exams — applicants are eligible for certification, with Credentialing Standards Board (CSB) approval, after one year of work experience in the business credit and/or collection fields.
About the courses:
- Each training course is approximately one (1) hour long.
- Courses may be taken individually for training purposes or as a full series to fulfill CCP or CPC accreditation requirements.
- To meet accreditation eligibility requirements, students must complete all courses in each module.
- Additional core competencies are required for both CPC and CCP accreditation.
- MSCCM uses Dropbox to deliver course recordings. A free download link will be provided with your course confirmation.
