All fees are contingent upon collection.Claims over one year old or out of business are 50%.
Returned merchandise or locating previous payments are ½ the normal fee. Regular rates
apply on Canadian claims and claims with attorney involvement. No suit will be filed without
your authorization. If legal action is approved, there will be charges for court costs and suit
fees. In most cases, the total fee will not exceed 35%.

We are able to offer this schedule because of our familiarity
with your industry and the number of claims placed by the
entire group. We also report commercial accounts to
Experian Business Credit at your option.
